1. Can I just order 1 piece?
Yes you can. We accept orders of any amounts, as long as you’re able to provide payment, we provide the stickers.
2. How long does it take to receive my stickers after I’ve made payment?
Usually it’ll take between 3-6 days from receipt of your first image submission, inclusive of artwork confirmation, payment submission and item shipment. Sometimes our customers’ images are not suitable for printing, thus resulting in delays, but we will always give our best advice and efforts to expedite all orders received.
3. Will my custom EZ-Link sticker look good?
I’d like to say that they will look awesome, but the truth is that your custom printed stickers are only as good as the images that you submit to us. As a guideline, we recommend an image dimension of 90mm x 55mm and a file resolution of 300dpi. Anything less than these specs and you’ll be compromising on the quality of your prints.
4. Okay, so I’ve submitted a very high resolution image, but will the prints turn out as awesome as you say?
Yes! We take pride in providing a high level of service and prints, and we are confident that our stickers will not only look awesome in their glossy output, they are also water-prood and uv-proof for long lasting prints!
5. Cool, and what if I don’t like the stickers and I want to return them?
Uh-oh, sorry boss! Our stickers are non-returnable and non-refundable, but however if you’ve just made payment and would like to cancel your order, quickly send email to s a l e s @ s t i c k e r d o j o . c o m and alert us. If there’s something wrong with your stickers when you receive them, quickly alert us and we won’t hesitate to find out for you what went wrong.
6. That’s seems fair, and so is there anything else that I need to know?
