What are StickerDojo's Custom-printed EZ-Link Stickers?
They are durable and affordable custom-printed stickers that you can stick on to beautify EZ-Link cards — but they can also be applied onto almost any flat or smooth surfaces; so their application is limited only by imagination.
Will the stickers damage my card?
Not really, as they can be removed without damaging your cards. In fact, out stickers act as an extra protective layer against scratches, actively protecting your cards.
How can I proceed to make a purchase order?

All successful orders will be accompanied with an Order Confirmation Email, sent to the email as indicated in your order details, within 24hours.

What is Order Confirmation Email?
Once your order is processed, an Order Confirmation Email will be sent to you to advise you of these items:

  1. Successful receipt of your images with layout preview
  2. Payment status and references, if any
  3. Shipping & Delivery arrangements for your order

How long does it take to receive my stickers?

Orders received over weekends, eve of/and public holidays will be processed by the next business day (Mondays to Fridays).

All orders involve Processing, Confirmation, Print Production, Packing, Shipping & Delivery.

For Standard and Registered Article mails, as a rough estimation, it takes about 4 to 6 business days to receive your stickers in your mailbox, unless otherwise specified.

Where is StickerDojo and can I self-collect?
We apologise that self-collection is unavailable.

We aim to provide peace of mind to all customers by enabling them to browse, purchase and receive from anywhere in Singapore.

If you wish to walk-in to engage us personally, please drop us a message in advance and we will arrange for an appointment, depending on availability.

My purchase is still not delivered. What should I do?
Do check your Order Confirmation Email for the expected delivery date.

Please contact us if it has exceeded your expected delivery date, and we will assist with one or more of these:

  • check with postage/courier provider
  • ensure accurate order details with you
I have received my order, but some or all stickers damaged.
As deliveries and couriers are controlled by an external service provider (eg. SingPost or a 3rd Part Courier Service Provider), we regret that your delivery was not perfect.

It is our commitment to deliver only perfectly printed and awesomely beautiful stickers.

If you have received an unsatisfactory order, please contact us so that we can work together to sort things out for you.

Can I still change my order details after payment is made?
You can still make changes within 24 hours from receipt of Order Confirmation Email.

Changes to order details after the time period above may not be entertained, as the prints would have been processed by our production/packaging team and any further changes will be charged as is.

How much are your Custom-printed EZ-Link Stickers?
To purchase 1pcs it costs $5 each, but if you were to purchase 300pcs, it only costs $0.60 each.

Basically, the larger the amount you purchase, the more savings you get per piece!

We have tailor-made our packages to fit all occasions, which you can view in full details here.

Can I pay via other payment methods?
Currently our online portal is set up to accept accept most major Credit and Debit Cards, as well as Paypal (paypal.me/stickerdojo).

Should you require assistance for other payment modes (eg, Bank Transfers), please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Will I have a payment receipt?
You will receive a Paypal Payment Receipt from Paypal in your email upon successful payment.

We will send you an Order Confirmation Email within 24hours upon a successful order submission + payment receipt.

Do kindly check your SPAM box in case of lost mails, if you believe that payment have been made but you have yet to receive any Paypal Payment Receipt. Please do allow some time before checking your inbox, thank you.

Can I return the stickers and get a refund?
All orders will be processed as per your Order Details, and all orders once shipped out are final and non-refundable.

Should your stickers be in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
