Fully-wrapped Vinyl Stickers on Cupboards

Danovel Pte Ltd, had a unique proposition for our team — via a small piece of damask fabric sample used in their client’s furnishings —  to not only retrofit all 4 sets of their built-in cupboards, but to match its patterns and colours too.

We diligently worked extended hours to prepare the Damask patterns to match the fabric sample’s artwork.

We followed it up by meticulously matching printed swatches of colours to the fabrics onsite together with the home-owners.

Print production began shortly after the patterns and colour swatches were confirmed by using Orajet 3164 Vinyl, our preferred media for long term and durable applications, with a protective layer of Matt over-laminate.

Retrofitting of the vinyls was our most challenging task, as we had to ensure that all nooks and crannies of the cupboards were wrapped fully, while the prints overlapped smoothly between the cupboard doors.

The end results: An exquisitely wrapped cupboard doors, complementing the home-owner’s Victorian furnishings.
